สำหรับ เรียน IELTS / ติว IELTS : Essential TIPS for IELTS Writing Task 1 จบครบทีเดียว (Part 5) นี้ พี่ฝนจะพาน้องๆมาสรุป วิธีการเขียน IELTS Writing Task 1 ให้ได้คะแนนเต็ม! กันค่ะ ในพาร์ท 1-4 ก่อนหน้านี้ น้องๆคงจะได้ตัวอย่างกันมาพอสมควรแล้วใช่มั้ยคะ ทั้งตัวอย่าง vocab , grammar และ pattern ต่างๆ ซึ่งพี่ฝนเชื่อเลยว่าหากน้องๆลองเอาเทคนิคต่างๆเหล่านี้ไปฝึกเยอะๆเนี่ย คะแนน IELTS Writing Task 1 จะต้องดีแน่นอน
IELTS Writing Task 1 : ต้องเขียนกี่ Paragraph สำหรับ IELTS Writing Task 1 นั้น พี่ฝนแนะนำเลยว่า ควรมี 3-4 paragraphs (ไม่ควรมากหรือน้อยกว่านี้) โดย Paragraph ที่ 1 นั้นจะเป็น introduction และ description เล็กน้อยของ figure ที่โจทย์ให้มาค่ะ สิ่งที่สำคัญเลยสำหรับ Paragraph ที่ 1 คือ "ต้องไม่ copy" การ copy โจทย์มาเลย ไม่ช่วยให้น้องๆได้คะแนนเพิ่มขึ้นแน่นอน เพราะฉะนั้นน้องๆต้องเรียนรู้การ Paraphrase เพื่อให้ได้คะแนนค่ะ ^^
ตัวอย่างการ Paraphrase
Original: Her life spanned years of incredible change for women as they gained more rights than ever before. Paraphrase: She lived through the exciting era of women's liberation.
Original: Giraffes like Acacia leaves and hay, and they can consume 75 pounds of food a day. Paraphrase: A giraffe can eat up to 75 pounds of Acacia leaves and hay daily.
Original: Any trip to Italy should include a visit to Tuscany to sample the region's exquisite wines. Paraphrase: Be sure to make time for a Tuscan wine-tasting experience when visiting Italy.
Original: Symptoms of influenza include fever and nasal congestion. Paraphrase: A stuffy nose and elevated temperature are signs you may have the flu.
Original: The price of a resort vacation typically includes meals, tips and equipment rentals, which makes your trip more cost-effective. Paraphrase: All-inclusive resort vacations can make for an economical trip.
Original: He has tons of stuff to throw away. Paraphrase: He needs to get rid of a lot of junk.
หลังจากนั้น ใน paragraph ที่ 2 ควรจะเป็นการพูดถึงภาพรวมของ figure ที่โจทย์ให้มา (Overview) โดยส่วนใหญ่มักจะพูดถึงส่วนที่สามารถเห็นได้ชัดเจน หรือสิ่งที่เป็นองค์ประกอบหลัก ตัวอย่างเช่น maximum / minimum point หรือ trend ต่างๆ
และส่วนสุดท้ายใน paragraph ที่ 3-4 น้องๆควรจะลงรายละเอียดของ figure ที่โจทย์ให้มา (Body) โดยอาจจะเขียนเป็นเชิงให้รายละเอียด หรือเชิงเปรียบเทียบ ข้อมูลตัวเลขต่างๆเป็นต้น
IELTS Writing Task 1 : OVERVIEW คืออะไร
Overview แปลตรงตัวเลยก็คือภาพรวมนั่นเองค่ะ เป็น paragraph ที่จะรวม KEY FEATURE เอาไว้ โดยพี่ฝนแนะนำให้น้องๆเขียนสิ่งที่เห็นได้ชัดเจน เช่น จุด highest lowest point ต่างๆ ซึ่งพี่ฝนขู่ไว้ได้เลยนะคะ ถ้าน้องๆเขียน overview ไม่เคลียร์ หรือเขียนไม่ถูกต้องเนี่ย โอกาสที่น้องๆจะได้คะแนน IELTS Wiring Task 1 เต็มนี่ยากมากๆเลยค่ะ
IELTS Writing Task 1 : ต้องเขียน CONCLUSION มั้ย
ไม่ต้องค่า!! อย่าลืมว่า IELTS Writing Task 1 คือการอธิบายข้อมูล เพราะฉะนั้นไม่มีต้องข้อสรุปหรือความคิดเห็นนะคะ ^^

IELTS Writing Task 1 Sample Answers:
The pie chart shows the amount of money that a children’s charity located in the USA spent and received in one year.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant. Write at least 150 words.
The pie charts show the amount of revenue and expenditures in 2016 and for a children’s charity in the USA. Calibration of date is done in percentage.
Overall, the total amount of income was just enough to cover the expenditures. Moreover, donated food made the highest share in total income while the maximum money spent on program service.
To begin with, donated food provided the most of the revenue for the charity, at 86%. Similarly, with regard to expenditures, program services, calculated for nearly all of the outgoings, at 95.8%. The other categories were much smaller. Community contributions were the second largest revenue source, brought in 10.4% of overall income, and this was followed by program revenue, at 2.2%. on the other hand, investment income, government grants, and other income were very small sources of revenue, accounting for only 0.8% combined.
There were only two other expenditure items, fundraising and management and general, with a slight difference both accounting for 2.6% and 1.6% respectively.
The two pie charts below show the online shopping sales for retail sectors in Canada in 2005 and 2010.

The two pie charts compare the percentages of online sales across different retail sectors in Canada in the two different years, 2005 and 2010.
Overall, the online sale of electronic item and home furnishing dropped, however, the craze for food and video games increased during the five years.
To begin with, in 2005, the majority of online sales was accounted for electronics and appliance sector with 35%, however, this percentage had dropped to 30% by 2010. During the same five year period, the number of people deciding to buy food and beverages online increased and the transactions went from just 22% to 32%, making it the retail sector with the largest proportion of the online market.
In 2005, the home furnishing industry boasted n impressive 25% of the total online sales in Canada. However, by 2010, the figure had fallen considerably to 15%. Interestingly, online sales of video games eventually overtook sales of home furnishing, although video games still represented only 23% of the market.
