มาต่อกันที่ เรียน SAT/ ติว SAT VOCAB : รวม Confused words สับสนสุดๆของ SAT Verbal Part 3 กันแล้วนะคะ จนถึงตอนนี้ น้องๆที่กำลังเตรียมสอบ SAT คงจะพอคุ้นเคยกับแนวคำศัพท์ที่ข้อสอบ SAT ชอบเอามาออกให้น้องๆสับสนกันแล้ว
แต่ยังไม่พอค่ะ ยังมีคำอีกมากมายเลยที่พี่ๆเตรียมมาให้น้องท่องกัน ซึ่งวันนี้พี่ก็รวบรวม confused words ที่ข้อสอบ SAT ชอบเอามาหลอกน้องๆกันอีก 10 ชุดด้วยกัน ไปดูกันเลยค่า
1. elicit VS illicit
elicit (verb) to stir up (นำออกมา ล้วงความลับ)
illicit (adjective) illegal (ผิดกฏหมาย) Example The questionnaire elicited some interesting responses. Illicit trade in cigarettes on the black market.
2. envelop VS envelope
envelop (verb) to surround; to cover completely (ห่อหุ้ม) envelope (noun ) flat paper container for letters or other documents (ซองจดหมาย)
